Conference and Meetings Facilities

At the Belfray we have a choice of Meeting and Conference facilities catering for 10 persons to 150 persons.


Our Ballroom which is set on three levels is ideal for the larger numbers  - with attention focused on the main stage area.

Facilities:

  • Overhead projection - from either Laptop computer or DVD Player.
  • In house sound system with radio hand held microphones for easy movement around the room.
  • Smaller Reception area for Refreshments.
  • Catering on any scale - Hot or Cold Buffets - Sit Down 1-5 Course Lunches or Dinners.
  • Full in House Computerised Lighting System
  • Own Entrance for easy access
  • Car parking facilities for 100 vehicles.`

Ballroom Reception


The Ballroom reception area is suitable for meetings of 10-50 persons.

Facilities.

  • Own Entrance from the 100 space car park.
  • Overhead projection - from either Laptop computer or DVD player.
  • 42" Plasma wall mounted television can be used with a DVD player
  • There is a small corner bar that can be used for refreshments
  • Easy access to our Palace Room Restaurant for Lunch or Dinner.


The Belfray is the ideal location for your Meetings or Conferences with your own choice of catering that suits your groups needs.


We at The Belfray have had our Meeting Rooms used for many other events such as Wedding Exhibitions- Aritists Works -Book launches  and many other types of Corporate Events.
